Does the form run on a website, or inside Instagram?
Entirely inside Instagram direct messages. Someone sends your account's start command, and Admino asks your questions one at a time in that same DM thread.
What happens if someone cancels partway through?
Admino saves whatever they've answered so far as a cancelled response before sending any cancellation message, so a partial answer is never lost even if that message fails to send.
What if someone tries to fill out the form more than once?
You can cap responses per sender. Once that limit is reached, Admino sends a configured limit message instead of starting a new session.
Can I see the answers people submit?
Yes. Completed responses can be listed, exported, starred, and deleted from your dashboard by authorized workspace members.
