Your Instagram password never touches Admino
This page explains, in plain terms, how the official Instagram login flow works, exactly what access Admino is granted, and how to disconnect it at any time.
You connect through Instagram itself, not Admino
Official Instagram Business Login
Connecting an account happens through Instagram's own login screen — you sign in and approve access on Instagram, not inside Admino.
No password, ever
Admino never asks for, receives, or stores your Instagram password. Instagram alone handles your sign-in.
Only the permissions you approve
Access is limited to exactly what you approve during that Instagram login: basic profile access, messages, comments, publishing, and insights — never anything broader.
Business and creator accounts only
Connecting only works through Instagram's official Business Login, for eligible business or creator accounts — regular personal Instagram accounts aren't supported through this path.
Each workspace's data stays inside that workspace
Access scoped to your workspace
Each Instagram account is only visible and manageable inside the specific workspace it's connected to — members of other workspaces can't reach it.
Owner and member roles on your team
When you invite teammates, their role (owner or member) determines what they can do inside that same workspace.
Form responses save before any message is sent
A completed or cancelled form response is saved to the database before any confirmation or cancellation message is sent — so a customer's answers are never lost, even if the Instagram message send itself fails.
Disconnecting is immediate and complete
Removing an Instagram account from Admino deletes its stored access credentials and stops all automation for that account immediately.
