An AI that only says what your shop says
The last layer, not a replacement for rules
Your keyword replies, welcome message and forms run first. The AI speaks only when none of them is going to send anything. It answers a comment with a private DM and never publishes anything under your post.
Shop knowledge, in ready-made cards
Write about your shop, your price list and common questions, or build cards: a product (name, code, price), a service (price and duration), a step-by-step how-to, and a shop policy (shipping, returns, payment). Up to 200 entries per workspace; the most relevant are picked for each message.
Reads the story and the product code
A customer replies “110” to your story. Admino reads that story, recognises the text and codes on it, and answers about that exact product. It never substitutes a similar code for the one asked about.
When it does not know
You choose: a short line saying the message was seen (DMs only, at most once a day per person), or silence until you reply yourself. It never guesses a price, and it stays out of a conversation you are actively in.
Test, correct, learn
Before switching on, try 5 free questions a day without anything being sent to anyone. Questions it could not answer are listed so you can write the answer in one tap, and a wrong answer is fixed by writing the right one.
AI replies, without the hype
How is it different from keyword auto-replies?
A keyword auto-reply sends exactly the text you wrote, and only when a specific word appears. AI replies are for the messages that match no rule: the AI writes the sentence itself, but only from the information you gave it. The best results come from running both together, not choosing one.
Could it state a wrong or made-up price?
It is only meant to say what appears in your shop knowledge, price list, bio, catalogue or captions. If the answer is not there, it either sends the short holding line or stays silent, and the question is logged under unanswered questions so you can write the answer. Every reply it sent is visible in the activity log next to the question it answered.
How is it charged?
Each answer uses 3 credits from your monthly AI allowance. Every monthly plan includes 20,000 credits, roughly 6,600 answers. Plain greetings and thanks are answered for free. When the month's allowance runs out, purchased credits are used (bought from your wallet; they never expire). Each answer also counts as one message against the plan's monthly message allowance.
Does it answer comments too?
If you want it to, yes — but always with a private DM to the person who commented. Admino never publishes anything under your post on your behalf. DMs and comments are switched on separately.
What does “page analysis” do here?
It reads your recent captions, the comments with your own replies, and your page's recent conversations, and writes knowledge cards from them. It only writes figures your shop stated itself, never overwrites anything you wrote, and every card it creates is labelled as coming from the page analysis so you can review it. Each run uses 30 credits.
Which plans include it, and does it work in the app?
The monthly and annual plans, and the free 30 days every new account gets after verifying its phone number. You can set it up from the Admino panel in a browser or from the Android and iOS app.
