AdminoReply to Instagram DMs and comments automatically
In Pasokhino you build one rule per repeated question: which word triggers it, whether the answer goes to the DM, under the comment or both, who gets it and how often. Greet first-time writers, follow up automatically when a customer goes quiet, and keep special content for followers.
Everything a good auto-reply needs
DMs and comments, in one rule
A rule can fire on a direct message, on a comment under a post, or on both. Messages and comments the page posts itself never trigger an auto-reply.
Exact word or anywhere in the message
For each keyword, choose whether the whole message must be that word or it only has to appear somewhere in it, with excluded words, message-length limits and priority between rules.
A welcome for the first message
When someone writes to the page for the first time, they get an automatic welcome, once. Customers who have already talked to you are never greeted again mid-conversation.
Once per person
Set rules like a special offer or a gift to "once per person", so someone who types the same word three times does not receive the same message three times.
Audience: everyone, followers, or non-followers only
Give content to followers only (everyone else gets an "I followed" button, and the answer is checked with Instagram itself), or the other way round: send the DM only to people who do not follow yet.
Automatic follow-up within 24 hours
If the customer writes nothing after the reply, a follow-up message goes out between 5 minutes and 23 hours later. It is cancelled if they write again or you answer by hand.
Public reply, private reply, or both
For comments, choose a DM only, a public reply under the comment only, or both. The public reply is picked at random from several texts you write.
Product cards and carousels
A reply is not only text: it can send photos, video, voice notes, buttons and product cards, and up to 10 consecutive cards sit side by side in one swipeable carousel.
Working hours and time windows
Limit any rule to specific hours, including overnight windows that cross midnight, checked in your own timezone.

Does Pasokhino work for both DMs and comments?
Yes. A rule can fire on DMs, on comments, or on both. For comments you choose a private DM reply, a public reply under the comment, or both. Messages and comments the page posted itself are ignored.
When exactly is the welcome message sent?
The moment someone writes to your page for the first time, and only once per person. People who have talked to the page before are not greeted. If that first message matches one of your keywords, the keyword answer is sent instead; the welcome is for everyone else.
Can I message someone automatically when they follow the page?
No, and no official tool can. Instagram does not tell apps when someone follows, and a page is not allowed to send the first message. That is why Pasokhino sends the welcome the moment the person writes their first DM.
How does the automatic follow-up work?
For any DM rule you can write one or more follow-up messages and set them to go between 5 minutes and 23 hours after the reply. If the customer writes again before then, or you or a teammate answer by hand, the follow-up is not sent. The 23-hour ceiling comes from Instagram's 24-hour rule.
What is the difference between "followers only" and "only people who do not follow"?
With the first, the real content reaches followers only and everyone else gets a follow request with an "I followed" button; after they tap it, follow status is checked with Instagram itself. With the second, the DM is withheld from followers Instagram confirms, and everyone else gets it at most once, which suits a message like "follow us if you liked this".
What is the difference between "exact word" and "anywhere in the message"?
With "anywhere in the message", the keyword "price" also answers "what is the price of this?". With "exact word", the rule only answers when the whole message is that word. For short or common words, exact matching stops unwanted replies in the middle of conversations.
Can I restrict a reply to certain hours?
Yes. Each rule can have its own time window, including overnight windows that span midnight, checked in your timezone.
Does the "heart a DM" option work?
The option is in the panel: when a rule answers a DM, a heart is placed on the customer's message. Instagram currently refuses heart reactions sent by pages, so the option is shown disabled and will work again as soon as Instagram allows it. The reply itself does not depend on it.
What happens if no rule matches a message?
The message waits in the inbox for you. If you want, you can separately switch on AI replies, which answer only from what you have told Admino about your shop. That option is off by default.
Is there a limit on how many auto-replies I can send?
Sending counts toward your plan's monthly message allowance. Admino checks it before sending and records usage only after a message is actually delivered. Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with every feature after verifying a phone number.
