Does auto-reply work for both DMs and comments?
Yes. Auto-reply rules match against direct messages and comments per Instagram account, and Admino ignores any message or comment the account itself posted.
Can I restrict a reply to certain hours?
Yes. Each rule can define its own time window, including overnight windows that span midnight, evaluated in the timezone set on that rule.
What happens if someone hasn't followed the account yet?
If a reply is marked follow-required, Admino sends a follow-prompt template instead of the protected reply, then re-checks follow status once the user confirms — the protected content only sends after that check passes.
Is there a limit on how many auto-replies I can send?
Sending counts toward your plan's monthly message allowance. Admino checks the limit before sending and records usage only after a message is actually delivered.
