Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Admino to automate your Instagram DMs, comments, forms, and publishing.
Last updated: July 17, 2026Please read this first
This page describes Admino's actual technical setup and data practices as accurately as we can, in plain language. It is not formal legal advice, and we are not lawyers. Before treating this as a complete compliance document, have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel familiar with the rules that apply to your business.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Admino, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Admino.
These terms apply to the Admino product application and to this marketing site.
What Admino does
Admino connects to your Instagram account and automates the repetitive parts of running it: matching incoming direct messages and comments to a configured auto-reply, running conversational forms inside a DM to capture leads, scheduling and publishing single posts, carousels, and recurring posts, and giving your team one shared inbox and a reusable library of reply messages.
Your account
You can create an account with a phone number or an email address. Sessions are cookie-based and last up to 7 days before you need to sign in again.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Creating an account also creates a personal workspace for you. You can invite teammates into a workspace with an owner or member role; only an owner can remove other members.
Connecting your Instagram account
Connecting an Instagram account happens entirely through Instagram's own official Business Login screen. You sign in and approve access on Instagram, not inside Admino — Admino never asks for, receives, or stores your Instagram password.
Access is limited to the specific permissions you approve during that login (basic profile access, messages, comments, publishing, and insights). Removing an account from Admino deletes its stored access credentials and stops all automation for that account immediately.
An Instagram account can only be connected to one Admino organization at a time; we block reconnecting an account that's already linked elsewhere until it's disconnected there first.
Subscriptions, billing, and payment
Admino is billed through ZarinPal and Zibal, Iran's own payment gateways. No foreign card, PayPal, Stripe, or other international payment provider is used or required, and you pay through each gateway's own secure hosted payment page — Admino's servers do not see or store your card number.
Subscriptions currently run for a fixed billing period shown on your plan and do not auto-renew or auto-charge your account. You can start a renewal from 15 days before your current period ends. There is no free trial tier and no annual plan today.
Each plan defines limits on things like connected Instagram accounts, active and total auto-replies, messages sent per month, follow checks per month, storage, and scheduled/recurring posts. Monthly usage limits reset with your billing period; connected-item limits stay capped at all times.
Discount codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and are subject to their own terms (validity window, usage caps, and eligibility).
Acceptable use
You agree to use Admino in line with Instagram's and Meta's own platform policies, and with the laws that apply to you and your business.
Don't use Admino to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content, to impersonate someone else, or to try to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content, messages, and files you send or upload through Admino. You're giving us the limited right to process that content only to run the automations and features you've configured — for example, sending the replies you've set up, storing your uploaded media, or generating a scheduled post.
See our Privacy Policy for a full account of what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Service availability and changes
Admino is under active, continuous development. Features, limits, and pricing can change, and we'll try to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect you.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Automated Instagram publishing, in particular, depends on Instagram's own Graph API being available and responsive.
Suspension and termination
You can disconnect an Instagram account or stop using Admino at any time.
We may suspend or restrict an account that violates these terms, Instagram's platform policies, or applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Admino is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Admino isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing considerations for Iranian users
Admino is built specifically for the Iranian market and is intended to be used by businesses operating in Iran, using Iranian payment and messaging providers throughout. As noted above, nothing here is a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel on how Iranian law applies to your specific situation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use Admino after a change means you accept the updated terms.
