Just starting
If you are not yet sure automation works for your page, take the monthly plan first. It costs more per month but commits you to nothing beyond it.
You know you are staying
If your page takes DMs every day and automation has become part of the routine, annual brings the monthly cost down noticeably. Same features, less per month.
You run several pages
The number of connected Instagram accounts is stated on each plan. Compare that figure against how many pages you run before buying — it is usually the first ceiling an agency or a multi-branch shop reaches.
What determines the cost, and what is never charged extra
You pay for the subscription only
There is no setup fee, no installation charge and no separate commission. What you pay for the plan is all you pay.
You are not billed per message
Automatic replies count against the plan's monthly ceiling, not message by message. Each plan's ceiling is printed on its own card.
Features are not locked between plans
DM and comment auto-replies, forms, the showcase, the inbox and post scheduling are on both plans. Plans differ in usage ceilings, not in which capabilities you get.

Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Each subscription runs for the fixed billing period shown on your plan and does not auto-renew or auto-charge your account. You can renew starting 15 days before your current period ends, whenever you're ready.
What happens if I reach a monthly limit like messages or follow checks?
Those limits reset automatically at the start of your next billing period. Limits on connected items — like Instagram accounts, active auto-replies, or scheduled posts — are capped at all times and require freeing up room before adding more.
What's the difference between "active" and "total" auto-replies?
Active auto-replies are the ones currently turned on and responding to customers. Your plan defines a separate, usually higher, limit for how many you can save in total — so you can keep a few extra in reserve, turned off, without deleting them.
