An Instagram Shop Without a Website: From Setup to Your First Sale
Most Iranian Instagram shops have no website, and they do not need one to make real sales. A customer sees a post, comments under it or sends a DM, a few messages go back and forth, and it ends with a card number and a screenshot of a receipt. That path works, but only while orders are few. When dozens of people a day write "how much?", the same manual path is where money is lost: the answer arrives late, the last item is sold twice, receipts disappear between conversations, and at the end of the night nobody knows which order was paid and which was not.
Setting up an Instagram shop without a website means bringing order to this same path, not replacing it with a separate site. The core of that order is the Instagram payment link: a page made for one order that gathers the purchase summary, the buyer's details, the shipping method and the payment method in one place, and lands in the buyer's DMs at the very moment they decide to buy. This guide shows how to take your Instagram shop from nothing to its first sale with Foroushino, Admino's selling layer: from defining products and the order button, to choosing between card transfer, a gateway, cash on delivery and a deposit, and then handling shipping and customers. Wherever an option carries a cost or a risk we say so plainly, because choosing the right payment method matters more than any other trick in Instagram selling.
How does an Instagram shop without a website work?
In Foroushino, every order has its own checkout page at payment.admino.click. That page is neither a public website nor an anonymous form; it is a link made for that one order, and the buyer opens it without signing up or creating an account. On it the buyer sees what they ordered, can change the quantity or add another product from the same shop, enters their name and phone number and, when needed, an address, picks a shipping method, enters a discount code, and finally pays with one of the methods you have switched on.
The most important property of this link is when it arrives. Neither you nor your admin has to send it by hand. When the buyer taps the order button in their DMs, the order is placed, stock is set aside for them, and the checkout link arrives in their DMs that same second, whether it is three in the afternoon or three in the morning. The moment a customer taps the button is the hottest moment of the whole purchase, and the link covers exactly that moment.
So that your expectations are right, know these as well:
- Payment does not happen inside Instagram itself. Instagram offers no payments in Iran; the checkout link opens in Instagram's in-app browser and the buyer returns to the conversation after paying.
- Admino does not hold your money. A card transfer goes straight to your card and an online payment to your own gateway account. The money never passes through Admino.
- You do not need a website or a theme to design. The checkout page and the shop link are ready-made; you only set the products, prices, and the payment and shipping methods.
Why sending a card number in DMs is not enough
The common way of selling in DMs looks simple: you state the price, send your card number, the customer transfers and sends the receipt. Yet those four steps have five points of failure, and each one destroys orders every day.
- A late first answer. A customer who messaged at eleven at night and got an answer in the morning has usually bought from another page by then.
- Back and forth for details. Colour, size, quantity, name, number and address each become a separate message, and every extra message is another chance to give up.
- Stock is not reserved. When you promise the last unit to two people at the same time, one of them is left with money transferred and no goods.
- Receipts get lost. Matching a receipt screenshot to the right order turns into a puzzle at the end of the day, especially when two amounts look alike.
- No record survives. A month later, finding one customer's address or number means scrolling through dozens of conversations.
A payment link closes those five points one by one: the answer and the link are instant, details are taken in one short form, stock is held for the buyer, the receipt is stored next to that order, and every order stays on the orders board with all its details. The rest of this guide shows how to set up each piece.
The full path of one order, from a comment to a parcel
Before going into settings, it helps to see the whole path once from the buyer's side. This is what happens once Foroushino is set up:
- A customer comments a word such as "price" under your post, or writes it in a DM.
- Your automatic reply lands in their DMs at once: the product name, the price and an order button. If the product has a picture and several options, each option goes out as a swipeable card with its own order button.
- The customer taps the order button. The order is placed, stock is set aside for them, and the checkout link arrives in their DMs.
- The customer opens the link, writes their name, number and, if needed, address, picks a shipping method and a payment method, and pays.
- If they paid through a gateway, the payment is confirmed automatically. If they made a card transfer, you get a notification, see the receipt and approve it.
- The order moves to "paid" on your board and the buyer hears in their DMs that the payment was confirmed.
- You pack the parcel, print the postal label and mark it "shipped" with a tracking number; the buyer is told again.
- Once delivered, you move the order to "delivered" and then "completed", and the buyer stays in your customer list.
On this path, the work that repeated every day (answering the price, sending the card number, asking for details, chasing the receipt) is automatic, and the work that really needs you (approving receipts, packing, answering unusual questions) stays where it was.
Step 1: your page and the prerequisites
Foroushino runs on Admino's official connection to Instagram, so the two usual prerequisites apply here too. Your page must be professional (business or creator); a personal account has no access to Instagram's messaging API at all. And in Instagram's settings, connected tools must be allowed to access messages. The path in the Instagram app is: Settings and activity, then Messages and story replies, then Message requests, then Connected tools, and finally Allow access to messages. If that option is off, the connection looks healthy but no message ever reaches Admino; it is the commonest reason automatic replies do not work.
The page is connected through Instagram's own login screen and you never give your page password to anyone. You create your Admino account at app.admino.click or in the Admino app with your mobile number. After the number is verified, your first 30 days are free with every feature; Foroushino is one of those features and costs nothing extra.
Step 2: create products in the catalogue
Everything you sell is a product under "Products". Orders placed from conversations, the checkout page and the shipping label all read their price and name from here, so a price that is right here once is right everywhere. When you create a product, the first thing to say is how it reaches the buyer.
Three kinds of product: goods, a file or code, a service or appointment
- Physical goods: packed and shipped. For this kind, the buyer is asked for a shipping method and an address.
- A file or code: delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. You attach a file up to 100 MB, or write a text, code or link (for example a link to an online session or a licence key). After paying, the buyer receives it on that same checkout page.
- A service or appointment: delivered in person or online. You write the service's duration and, after payment, record the appointment time on the order so it is sent to the buyer. No shipping is charged for a service.
If a basket holds both physical goods and a file, the order behaves as a shipped order, because somebody still has to post something. For a basket holding only files or services, no address is asked for and no postage is added.
Options, price and stock
Most Instagram products come in several variants: colour, size, material or volume. In Foroushino each variant is an "option" with its own price and stock. When a buyer orders, that option's stock is held for them for 90 minutes, so they have time to pay and it is not sold to anybody else meanwhile. Stock is only taken once payment is confirmed; if the buyer does not pay, it becomes sellable again after 90 minutes.
In the catalogue, next to each option's stock, you see how many units are currently held for unpaid orders. That number matters: five on the shelf with three held means only two are really sellable. For each option you can also set a low-stock threshold; when a sale takes stock below it, you get a notification so you can restock before it runs out.
"Always in stock" for made-to-order work
If you make your product after it is ordered (printing, tailoring, cakes, handicrafts or furniture), a stock count means nothing to you. Instead of writing a large invented number, switch on "always in stock". That option then never sells out, its stock is not reduced by sales, and no low-stock warning is sent for it. For this kind of business a deposit usually makes sense too; we cover it below.
Product picture
A picture is optional, but it has two important effects. First, it is shown to the buyer on the checkout page and reassures them that what they ordered is what they saw. Second, if a product has a picture, the order offer in DMs can go out as product cards. JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP up to 5 MB is accepted.
Building a product from a post: "Build from a post"
Most Instagram sellers have already written the price, sizes and colours in the post caption. "Build from a post" takes one of your posts, reads its caption with AI and fills in the product form with the name, price and options it found. Nothing is saved without your approval; every value is a suggestion you must review, especially the price. A caption that says "450" may mean 450 thousand toman or 450 toman, and only you know which. If the caption has no price, the price field stays empty, not zero. You enter the stock yourself; a product with zero stock cannot be put on sale.
Step 3: the order button and the automatic reply
A product sells nothing until it is offered somewhere. In Foroushino, an offer is an automatic reply carrying an order button. There are three ways to build one.
Way one: the "start selling" wizard
The "start selling" wizard is for someone who has built nothing yet. In one multi-step flow it asks for the product, options, reply text, keyword and how you get paid, and builds them all together: the product in the catalogue, the reply message with an order button, the automatic reply for DMs or comments, and the payment settings. You can start it from one of your posts so the product details come from the caption. In the same wizard, before the card number, you are asked whether you accept cash on delivery, because that decision has a large effect on how many orders are completed.
Way two: "Sell this product" from the catalogue
If you have already created the product, each product in the catalogue says where it is sold: on which keyword, under which post or in DMs; or that it is sold nowhere. The "sell this product" button asks only two questions: where, and on which word. It does not ask again for the name, price and stock you already entered.
Way three: turning a message you already have into a selling one
If you already have an automatic reply that answers the price question, there is no need to start over. You can add an order button to that same message. Your words are untouched and its existing buttons stay where they are. Only a voice or video message cannot take a button, because Instagram puts no buttons on a media message.
Choosing the right keyword
The keyword decides who receives the order reply, and a mistake here harms a page's reputation more than anything else. A word that is too short or too generic also answers unrelated messages, and a customer who only said hello receives a purchase offer. That is why Foroushino does not accept a keyword under three characters, or a bare greeting, for a selling reply. "Price" is accepted, because it is the commonest and most legitimate sales question; but if your keyword is part of a product name or your page's main subject, consider the "exactly this word" mode so only a message that is exactly that word gets the answer. For campaigns, a specific code ("scarf12", "code 30") is a much safer choice.
Replying under a comment: one private message
Instagram allows only one private reply per comment. That means the first message reaching someone who commented must be the one carrying the order button. If your reply is several messages, the rest are held and sent only when the buyer replies to that first message. Alongside the private message you can also post a short public reply under the comment (for example "we have sent the details to your DMs") so others reading the post can see the page answers.
When the buyer taps the button
Button labels start with the word "order" wherever there is room, so the buyer knows tapping means placing an order, not just viewing a picture. If a product has a picture and more than three options, each option becomes a separate card with its own name, price and order button, and the buyer swipes between them; up to ten options in one message. Without a picture, Instagram allows at most three buttons on one message.
Tapping the button places the order and sends the checkout link that same second. If the buyer taps the same button again a few minutes later, no second order is created; the link they already have is sent to them again, so a page they may still have open does not stop working.
Step 4: payment methods, and which one suits you
This section is the most important decision of the whole setup. The payment method decides how much the buyer has to trust you, how much work is left for you, and who carries which risk. Foroushino has four methods and you can switch on as many as you like; the buyer chooses between them on the checkout page.
A payment method is really two separate questions. The first is how the money comes: card transfer or gateway. The second is when it comes: all at once, part now and the rest on delivery (a deposit), or all on delivery (cash on delivery). Paying in full is always available, and you switch the other two on yourself.
Card transfer with receipt review
It is the simplest method to start with: you enter your card number, the card holder's name and the bank, and that is it. Once the buyer enters their name and phone number they see your card number, transfer the amount from their banking app, and can upload a photo of the receipt on the same page. You get a notification and, in the review queue, see the receipt, amount, order number and buyer side by side; if the money reached your account you approve, and if it did not, you reject. Until you approve, the order does not count as paid, and the checkout page tells the buyer that the seller is checking, rather than offering to take payment again.
The weakness of this method deserves an honest look: it asks the buyer to transfer the whole amount to a personal card they do not know, leave the page, open a banking app and come back. For a small purchase from a page the customer has bought from before, that is no problem. For a large purchase or a new customer, that request for trust is the commonest reason a buyer closes the page halfway. That is why your card number is shown only once the buyer has entered their name and number, and why card transfer is better not left as your only payment method.
An online payment gateway (your own ZarinPal or Zibal)
If you have a registered business and a merchant ID from ZarinPal or Zibal, you can connect your own gateway to Foroushino. The buyer pays at the gateway, the payment is confirmed automatically, and the order moves to "paid" without you doing anything. The money goes straight to your gateway account; Admino only asks the gateway whether the payment was made. The merchant ID is stored securely and is not shown again after saving.
Before switching the gateway on for real buyers, you can try it in sandbox mode. There the whole payment path runs on the provider's test credentials and no real money moves; just remember to switch it off after testing, or buyers will complete orders and no money will reach you. It is best to keep the gateway and card transfer on together; a buyer whose gateway will not open can still transfer by card.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is the most common way people pay for online purchases in Iran, and the only method that asks no trust of the buyer at all. The buyer places the order, pays nothing, and hands the money to the courier or delivery agent at the door. For this method you need neither a card number nor a gateway. A cash-on-delivery order moves straight to "paid" (because nothing was asked of the buyer at this stage), its stock is committed, and the amount to collect at the door is printed on the order and on the postal label so whoever carries the parcel knows what to collect. In the sales report these amounts are shown separately as money "on its way", so you do not confuse recorded sales with money that has actually reached you.
The risk of this method is on your side: the buyer may not be home, may change their mind or may refuse the parcel, and the cost of the round trip stays with you. For cities where you have your own courier, or for low-priced products, that risk is usually worth the higher completion rate. If you do not want to take all of it, a deposit is the middle way.
Deposit
With a deposit you set a percentage from 1 to 99. The buyer pays that percentage right away by card transfer or gateway, and the rest on delivery. For example, with a 30 percent deposit on an order of 1,200,000 toman, 360,000 toman is taken now and 840,000 toman on delivery; the settings screen previews this for any amount. Businesses that make the goods after the order (printing, tailoring, cakes and pastries, furniture) usually have no other way: the deposit covers the cost of materials and shows the buyer's commitment without asking them for the whole amount.
Which method for which business?
- A clothing, accessory or cosmetics shop with small, repeat orders: card transfer plus cash on delivery in your own city; and if you have a gateway, switch it on too.
- Expensive goods (electronics, gold and jewellery, carpets): a gateway as the main method, because a buyer hands a large amount to an official gateway more easily than to a personal card; card transfer as the second method.
- Custom and made-to-order work: a deposit with a percentage that covers your materials, plus "always in stock" for the options.
- A file, online course or code: full payment by gateway or card transfer; cash on delivery makes no sense here, because nothing is handed over in person.
- Services and appointments (salons, consulting, classes): a deposit to prevent booked appointments nobody turns up for, or full payment if the service is online.
A simple rule: if many buyers open the checkout page but do not even enter their name and number, the problem is usually the payment method, not the price.
Foroushino watches for this pattern for you. If your shop takes card transfer only and several buyers in a row have left the page before entering their details, the sales report shows a suggestion to switch cash on delivery on with one tap. The count starts from the last time you changed your payment methods, so after a change it starts again from zero.
Step 5: shipping methods
Most sellers have more than one way of shipping: express post to other cities, Tipax for larger parcels, a motorbike courier within the city. One fixed fee for all of them either overcharges the nearby customer or takes the far customer's cost out of your margin. In Foroushino each shipping method has a name and a price, and the buyer picks one on the checkout page; if you have only one method, no question is asked at all.
- Free shipping above an amount: for each method you can set an amount above which, if the goods total exceeds it, shipping becomes free. That amount is compared with the goods total after discount, so a discount code alone does not earn anybody free shipping. If a buyer adds an item and then removes it, free shipping goes with it.
- Paid at the door: a method whose fee the courier collects from the buyer, not the checkout page. This method is not free and the checkout does not show it as free; its fee is simply not added to the order total, so it is not collected twice.
- The default method: an order starts on your first shipping method with its price already in the total, so a buyer who does not care about shipping still sees the right total.
- Files and services: for a basket with nothing to post, no shipping method is chosen and no address is asked for.
The shipping method's name and price are recorded on the order itself. If you change the postage next month or rename a method, earlier orders still show what the buyer agreed to at the time of purchase.
Step 6: discount codes for campaigns
Most pages hand out discounts by hand in DMs: "we will give you ten percent off." That is neither counted nor does it expire, and a code mentioned in one story circulates for months. A Foroushino discount code is a real campaign:
- Type: a percentage (for example 15 percent) or a fixed amount (for example 50 thousand toman).
- Minimum basket: the code only applies to a basket whose goods total has reached this amount.
- Usage cap: how many times the code can be used in total; ideal for "first 50 people only".
- End date: after this date the code stops working on its own, and the date is picked on the Persian calendar.
The buyer enters the code on the checkout page. If the code is refused, they see exactly why: the code does not exist, it is used up, it has expired, or the basket has not reached the minimum yet. That last one matters, because a buyer who knows one more item earns the discount adds an item instead of abandoning the purchase. Upper and lower case in a code do not matter. If the buyer changes a quantity the discount is recalculated, and if an order is cancelled no use is taken from the code's cap. Codes are not deleted but switched off, so the record of how much each campaign was used remains.
Step 7: a shop link for your bio
Not every sale starts with an order button in DMs. Someone arriving from your bio wants to see every product in one place. The Foroushino shop link is exactly that: a fixed address such as payment.admino.click/shop/yourname showing every product on sale with its picture and price, from which the buyer can order directly.
- You choose the shop name yourself and it is not tied to your Instagram username; so if you change your page's username, the bio link keeps working. Upper and lower case in that address make no difference.
- It has four looks: classic, night, warm and plain. The chosen look is applied to the checkout page as well, so the buyer does not feel they have left your shop for somewhere else.
- Stock is shown only as in stock or sold out, never the exact count; your stock levels are not something a competitor needs to see.
- If you have an electronic trust seal (eNamad), enter its ID and code so it appears on your shop page and checkout page. The seal links to eNamad's own page, where the buyer can verify it.
- You can close the shop whenever you like; a closed shop shows no products.
What does the buyer see on the checkout page?
It is worth tapping the order button yourself once and walking the path from the buyer's side. This is what you will see:
- An order summary with each item's name, picture and price. The buyer can change quantities or add another product from the same shop to the basket; all in one order, with one shipping fee.
- A details form: name, phone number, and an address if something has to be shipped. If the buyer has bought from the same shop before, their details are filled in from the previous order and they only confirm.
- A choice of shipping method if you have more than one, and the discount code field.
- A choice of when to pay, if you have switched on deposits or cash on delivery; the page shows exactly how much each choice asks for now and how much on delivery.
- The payment methods. Your card number is shown only after the name and phone number are entered.
- After payment, the order confirmation; and for a file or code, the file or code itself on that same page.
If the buyer opens the page and closes it without paying, stock is held for them for 90 minutes. If they had entered their number, about 45 minutes later a short reminder with the same link arrives in their DMs; only once, so someone who changed their mind is not pestered. An order not paid within seven days expires automatically and leaves your awaiting-payment orders. If a buyer's link has expired, you can send a fresh one from the order card.
After payment: the orders board
The "Foroushino orders" board is where the rest of the work happens. Each order shows which post and comment, or which DM, it came from, what was bought, how it was paid, and how much is to be collected on delivery. The main stages of a shipped order are: awaiting payment, paid, ready to ship, shipped (with a tracking number), delivered and completed. Cancelled orders and orders whose money was refunded are marked separately.
- Bulk moves: when you pack the orders in the morning, select several and move them to "ready to ship", "delivered" or "completed" together. "Shipped" is deliberately not a bulk move, because each parcel has its own tracking number.
- Postal labels: print labels for every "ready to ship" order in one go from the browser (up to 200 labels per print), with name, number, address and the amount to collect at the door. An order with no address is flagged on its label, so you are not caught out at the post office.
- Excel export: exactly what you see on the board, current filter included, as an Excel file; one row per item and amounts in toman, for accounting or for reconciling against your bank statement.
- Manual entry: you can also record orders you took by phone or in person, so stock and the sales report stay correct.
- Refunds: if you returned a buyer's money, mark the order as refunded. The refund itself you make through your bank or gateway; Admino moves no money.
The buyer is told at the main stages: payment confirmed, ready to ship, shipped with a tracking number, delivered, and for a service, the appointment time. These messages go out in DMs first, because they are free and the buyer is already there. Instagram only allows messaging until 24 hours after the buyer's last message; for stages that happen later, if DMs are not available, an SMS takes over for some stages.
File orders and service orders
A file or code order delivers itself: as soon as payment is confirmed, the order moves to "delivered" and the content appears on the buyer's checkout page. If the money is refunded, access to that content is closed as well. A service order waits on the board for you to agree the appointment time with the buyer and record it on the order; the time is recorded on the Persian calendar and sent to the buyer.
Customers, the sales report and low-stock alerts
After a few weeks of selling, two important questions come up: who buys from me most, and how was this month. The "Customers" section groups buyers by phone number, even if one person bought once from a comment and once from the shop link; numbers written as 0912... and +98912... count as one person. For each customer you see their order count, total paid spend and latest purchase, and you can sort by most spent, most orders or most recent purchase; for example to find your best customers before sending a special discount code. Buyers who have bought more than once are marked as returning.
The sales report compares this month, or the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with the period before. Revenue counts by the day of payment, not the day the order was placed, and refunds are subtracted so the figure reads like your bank statement. Sales are split by source (comment, DM, shop link and manual entry) and your best-selling products are shown separately. If most of your sales are "manual entry", you are still typing orders in yourself and there is room for more automation.
Common mistakes when setting up a payment link
- Card transfer as the only payment method: for new customers and large purchases, this is where most buyers drop off. Switch on at least one of a gateway, cash on delivery or a deposit beside it.
- A keyword that is too generic: a word found in every message sends a purchase offer to someone who had a different question. Use a specific code for campaigns, and consider "exactly this word" for frequent words.
- Invented stock: writing a stock of 1000 for made-to-order work makes the low-stock alert and the report meaningless. That is what "always in stock" is for.
- An unchecked price from "Build from a post": a caption may have written the price in thousands of toman. Always compare the suggested price with the real one.
- A gateway left in sandbox mode: if you do not switch sandbox mode off after testing, buyers complete orders and no money reaches you.
- Unreviewed receipts: a buyer who made a card transfer is waiting for your approval. Check the receipt queue several times a day, or use the Admino app, which brings notifications and the receipt queue to your phone.
- Leaving a sold-out product on sale: pause a product you no longer sell in the catalogue. If you archive a product, the automatic replies that sold only that product are switched off too, so nobody taps an order button for something that is gone.
- Handing the whole conversation to automation: the order button and the payment link take away the repetitive work, but unusual questions and a buyer's hesitation still need a person. Look at your DM inbox every day.
A setup checklist at a glance
- Check that your page is professional and that Connected tools have access to messages.
- Create an account at app.admino.click or in the Admino app and connect your page (your first 30 days are free).
- Create your first product; if the price and options are in a caption, start from "Build from a post".
- Set the product kind, options, stock or "always in stock", picture and low-stock threshold.
- With the "start selling" wizard or "sell this product", put the order button on a DM or comment automatic reply.
- Switch on payment methods: card transfer, gateway (in sandbox mode first), cash on delivery or a deposit.
- Set your shipping methods, each one's price and the free-shipping amount.
- If you are running a campaign, create a discount code.
- Set the shop link name, its look and, if you have one, your trust seal, and put the link in your bio.
- Once, from another account, send the keyword yourself, tap the button and test the whole path through to the checkout page.
Frequently asked questions about an Instagram shop without a website
Does the buyer have to sign up anywhere to pay?
No. The checkout link belongs to that one order and the buyer opens it without creating an account. They only enter their name, phone number and, when needed, an address.
Does the money go to Admino's account or mine?
To yours. A card transfer goes to the card you entered and an online payment to your own ZarinPal or Zibal gateway account. Admino does not hold the money and takes no percentage of your sales, because the money never passes through Admino.
What do I need to set up a gateway?
A registered business and a merchant ID from ZarinPal or Zibal. If you do not have a gateway yet, start with card transfer and cash on delivery and add the gateway whenever it is ready. The gateway's sandbox mode lets you test the whole path before switching it on.
Can I sell with a payment link without eNamad?
Yes. The electronic trust seal is optional in Foroushino and is not needed for card transfer or cash on delivery. If you have one, showing it on the checkout page gives new buyers more confidence. Ask your gateway provider directly about its own requirements for issuing a merchant ID.
What happens if two people order the last unit at the same time?
Stock is held for the first person from the moment they tap the order button. The second gets a message saying the item is not available, not a checkout link for something they will never receive. If the first does not pay within 90 minutes, the item becomes sellable again.
Can a buyer buy several products in one order?
Yes. On the checkout page the buyer can add other products from the same shop to the basket or change each item's quantity. Everything is recorded in one order with one shipping fee, and the discount and free shipping are recalculated with every change.
Should I switch on cash on delivery for every city?
Cash on delivery is one setting for the whole shop, not per city. If you only have a courier in your own city, you can say so in the shipping method's name or in your automatic reply, or take a deposit instead to reduce the risk of returned parcels from other cities.
Can I sell files and online courses with the same link?
Yes. Create the product as a "file or code" and attach the file (up to 100 MB) or a text and link. Once payment is confirmed, the buyer receives it on that same checkout page, and for a basket holding only files, no address or shipping fee is asked for.
What if a customer wants to pay a few days later?
The checkout link expires after a while and the stock is released. Send a fresh link from that order's card on the board. An order unpaid for seven days expires automatically; unless the buyer has sent a card transfer receipt, in which case it waits for your review.
Will this get my page restricted?
Admino uses Instagram's official messaging API, and a private reply to a comment or a DM is exactly what Instagram provides for businesses. What gets pages into trouble is automated following, liking or mass messages to people who never wrote, not answering someone who asked. Nobody can give an absolute guarantee, but answering a message the customer sent themselves is the lowest-risk kind of automation.
In short: an Instagram shop without a website is not just a payment link; it is the last part of a path that starts with a comment and ends with a parcel. If the product is defined properly, the order button goes out on the right keyword, the buyer has more than one way to pay, and orders stay on one board, your Instagram selling moves out of memory and screenshots and becomes a process that does not break as orders grow.
