Instagram Captions With AI: From Captions to Customer Replies and Content Ideas

If you have ever written a caption with an AI tool, you know the routine. First you explain what you sell, what the prices are, what tone your page uses and who your customers are. An answer comes back, but it reads like a translation, full of generic adjectives, and sounds like none of your previous captions. Tomorrow, when you want the next caption, you have to write all of that again from the start.

Hooshino, Admino’s Persian AI assistant, is built to solve exactly that. Because it is connected to the same Admino account and the same Instagram page, it already knows your bio, your catalogue products with prices and a few of your recent captions before your first question. So when you say “write a caption for this post”, it writes about your page, not an imaginary shop.

This guide is about using AI practically in an Instagram business: writing captions, drafting customer replies, product descriptions, content ideas, making images, and turning a plain sentence into a real auto-reply. Alongside that we say honestly what Hooshino does not do, how many credits each task needs, and where you are better off writing the text yourself.

AI for an Instagram business: where is the real problem?

For an Instagram seller, the problem with general AI tools is usually not the quality of the model; it is context. A model that does not know whether you sell cotton scarves or wristwatches, whether your prices are per metre or per item, and whether your customers are addressed formally or casually can only write generic text. And generic text does not get seen on Instagram.

Three things separate a general tool from a useful assistant:

  • Knowing the business: products, prices, city, shipping method, and what you said in your bio.
  • Knowing the page’s voice: the captions you already published are the best sample of your tone.
  • Being close to where the text is used: a caption that reaches the publishing screen in one tap, and a reply that waits in that very customer conversation.

Hooshino has all three, because it is part of Admino rather than a separate website you have to explain everything to from scratch.

What Hooshino is and where to find it

Hooshino is an AI workspace in Persian: chat with several models, documents you can edit, image generation, and tools wired directly into the rest of Admino. Its address is hooshino.admino.click, and it is also inside the Admino app for Android and iOS.

It needs no separate sign-up. You sign in with the same Admino account; from the Admino panel it is one tap away with no second password or code. If you do not have an account yet, sign up at app.admino.click; every new account gets 30 days free with every feature after verifying its phone number, including the AI credit allowance.

Hooshino or AI replies? Two different jobs

Admino has two AI features that are sometimes confused:

  • AI replies talks to customers itself: when no keyword rule answers, it replies in the DM from your shop knowledge.
  • Hooshino writes for you: captions, reply drafts, product copy, ideas and images. It never sends anything to a customer or publishes any post by itself.

The two share one thing: shop knowledge. The answers you write as shop knowledge under “AI replies” are also used in Hooshino. So your shop is described the same way in both places.

Why knowing your shop changes everything

Every conversation in Hooshino is grounded in your page’s real information. That information is read fresh each time, so when you add a product or publish a new caption, Hooshino knows about it next time:

  • The bio and name of the Instagram page you connected to Admino.
  • Your Admino catalogue products, each with its lowest price, in toman.
  • The captions of a few recent posts, as a sample of your tone. Hooshino is meant to imitate your voice, not repeat those captions.
  • The shop knowledge you wrote for AI replies, when it is relevant to the conversation.

If your workspace has several pages, the oldest connected page is used as the basis, so the shop’s tone and identity are not blended across pages. A page you disconnected from Admino is no longer used.

When Hooshino’s picture of your shop is wrong

Sometimes the bio is out of date, or recent captions were for one particular campaign. In Hooshino’s “Shop” section you see what it understood from your page and can write your own description. Your text replaces the automatic one rather than being added beside it, because people usually edit this section when something in the automatic description was wrong. If you later clear your text, the automatic, up-to-date description is used again.

Hooshino also asks your name once, so it can occasionally address you by it. The name is saved on your Admino account and is the same in both places.

A quick start: ready-made tiles

Hooshino’s first screen has a few tiles for the jobs most sellers do every week. Each tile puts a ready starting sentence in the composer, which you can edit; nothing hidden is told to the model.

  • Post caption: you pick a post from your page and ask for a caption.
  • Build an auto-reply: you describe a rule in a sentence and it becomes an auto-reply draft.
  • Customer reply: you pick a DM and get a draft reply.
  • Product description: you pick a catalogue product and get sales copy.
  • Content ideas: a few ideas for this week’s posts, based on the shop Hooshino already knows.
  • Rewrite text: makes a text smoother and more natural.
  • Summarise text: makes a long text short and precise.

For tiles that need a post, product, message or comment, a picker opens showing your page’s real posts, products, DMs and comments. What you pick arrives as an editable starting sentence in the composer. That matters: Instagram’s stored caption does not always say what a post is really about, and you can correct it before sending.

Writing captions with AI, step by step

The most common use of Hooshino is writing captions. This route usually gives the best result:

  1. Tap the “post caption” tile and find the post in the picker. If the post is not published yet, tap the tile and describe the post yourself.
  2. Add one or two sentences only you know: “this model is at this price only until Friday” or “this post is for first-time buyers”.
  3. Choose the “Balanced” model for serious writing. For quick rewrites “Swift” is enough and cheaper.
  4. Read the answer and correct it the way you would talk to a colleague: “make it shorter”, “make the tone friendlier”, “put the price in the first line”.
  5. When you are almost happy, turn the answer into a document and make the final changes yourself in the text.
  6. Send the caption to Admino’s publishing screen and create or schedule the post right there.

A better request, a better caption

Hooshino knows your shop, but only you know this post’s goal. A few examples of requests that usually work better:

  • “Write a short caption for this post whose first line is a question and whose end asks people to send the product code by DM.”
  • “Write three versions of the caption: one formal, one friendly, one very short. Each under 300 characters.”
  • “Rewrite this earlier caption for a Reel; the first sentence must be readable in two seconds.”
  • “Write a caption for this product that answers customers’ three most common questions in advance: size, shipping, payment.”
  • “Suggest five relevant Persian hashtags that are not too generic.”

Common mistakes when writing captions with AI

  • Publishing without reading. AI sometimes gets a detail wrong; always check prices and dates in particular.
  • Accepting the first answer. The second and third versions, after a sentence or two of correction, are usually much better.
  • Captions that all sound alike. If you give the same request every week, the captions start to look the same. State each post’s goal in the request.
  • Leaving out the call to action. A shop caption should say what to do next: send the code, comment, or check the bio link.
  • Forgetting the page’s tone. If your earlier captions were friendly and this one came out formal, say so.

Customer replies: a draft, not an automatic send

Some messages are neither answered by a keyword rule nor ones you want AI to answer by itself: a complaint, a special order, a sensitive question. For these, tap the “customer reply” tile and pick the message from your DMs. Knowing your shop and the text of that message, Hooshino writes a draft reply.

When the draft is ready, one tap opens Admino’s inbox on that same conversation with the reply waiting in the composer. Sending is up to you. A couple of rules keep this route safe: the draft only lands in the conversation you picked, and it is offered only once, so if you delete it, it does not come back.

This subtle difference is worth it: a message that goes to a customer comes from your own account, and the final decision about it should rest with a person. Hooshino makes writing fast, not deciding.

Product descriptions and sales copy

The “product description” tile picks one of your Admino catalogue products and writes sales copy for it. Because the price and description come from the catalogue, you do not have to type them again. The text works for a caption, a highlight description, a product card in DMs or a saved reply.

One piece of advice: ask for sales copy for a specific situation. “Describe this product for someone who asked in a DM how it differs from the cheaper model” is far more useful than “a good description for this product”.

Content ideas for this week

The “content ideas” tile deliberately has no blank to fill: one tap gets ideas for this week about your own shop. If you want to narrow it down, edit the sentence: “ideas for three educational Reels about caring for velvet fabric” or “ideas for posts that answer the questions we keep getting in DMs”.

AI ideas are a starting point, not a content plan. The best use is to pick the two or three out of ten that fit your page and customers, and set the rest aside. If you want to know which kind of content actually performs on your page, look at your page’s real data in Admino’s Page Intelligence and weigh the ideas against it.

Making images with “Draw”

The “Draw” model is for making images for posts, stories and products: a background for a sale story, a concept image for an educational post, or a first sketch of an idea. Each image uses 25 credits and is kept in your workspace’s storage so you can open it again later; so it also counts against your plan’s storage allowance.

The image service is sometimes busy. When it is, Hooshino says honestly that it is not available right now and charges no credits; try again a little later. The same rule holds for any other task: work that does not complete costs nothing.

An important reminder: an AI-made image does not replace a real product photo. Customers want to see exactly what will arrive. Use “Draw” for backgrounds, designs and concept images, and show the product with its own photo.

From a sentence to a real auto-reply

Perhaps the most interesting thing Hooshino does is this: tap the “build an auto-reply” tile and describe the rule you want in a sentence. For example: “When someone comments price under my posts, DM them that prices are in the highlight and they should send the code.” Hooshino turns that sentence into a draft rule: keywords, match type, page and the messages to send.

  • The draft is a form, not a live rule. You edit the keywords, messages and page, and add or remove messages.
  • It is not created until it has at least one message to send; a rule that sends nothing is useless.
  • When you press create, the rule is created in Admino switched off. It sends nothing to any customer until you turn it on in your auto-replies list.

Being created switched off is deliberate. An AI that turns a sentence straight into a rule that starts answering customers that very moment is doing something dangerous. Hooshino does the time-consuming work of building it and leaves the decision to switch it on with you.

Voice to text with “Listen”

Sometimes speaking is easier than typing. The microphone button in the composer turns your voice into editable text with the “Listen” model, at 5 credits per minute of audio. Then you can send that text or edit it. It is very handy when you are on the move and want to say a caption idea quickly.

Documents and versions: text you can edit

Hooshino’s answers stay in the conversation, but any of them can become a separate document with one tap, opening beside the chat. The document is where the final work happens: you type in it yourself, ask Hooshino to change a part, and every version is kept.

If yesterday’s version was better, open it from the version history. Restoring deletes nothing: the old text comes back into the editor, and when you save it is recorded as a new version. So you can always go back a step.

Projects: a standing brief for recurring work

If you repeat a job regularly — captions for a campaign, copy for a course, seasonal greeting messages — create a project for it. Each project has a brief, and you can add notes and source addresses to it. Every conversation started inside the project knows all of these.

  • Write the brief like instructions for a colleague: the campaign goal, the audience, words that must or must not be used, the caption length.
  • The brief is read every time a new answer is written; so if you change it mid-work, the next answer reflects the change.
  • Source addresses are stored only as references, and Hooshino does not open those pages. If a page’s content matters, write its summary as a note.
  • The shop description is always the foundation; the project brief narrows a specific job on top of it.

Sharing a conversation

Sometimes you want to show a conversation to a colleague or your designer. Any conversation can be shared with a link, but only if you choose to. The link shows the conversation up to the message you picked when sharing; what you write in that conversation later is not added to the link automatically. To add it, you have to deliberately update the share.

Whoever opens the link sees only the text of the messages and needs no account to see it. The shared page is kept out of search engines, and you can revoke the link whenever you like. Even so, treat the link like anything private and send it only to someone who should see it.

Which model for which job

In the model picker, each model’s cost is shown before you send. The list may change depending on availability; these are the main models:

  • Swift, 1 credit per message: everyday questions, rewriting, translation, summaries. The default model.
  • Balanced, 3 credits per message: serious writing — captions, articles, sales copy and customer replies.
  • Draw, 25 credits per image: images for posts, stories and products.
  • Listen, 5 credits per minute of audio: voice notes to editable text, from the microphone button.

A simple rule for saving credits: do drafts and early rewrites with “Swift” and only switch to “Balanced” for the final version of an important text. If you did not like the last answer you can generate it again; that also counts as a new message.

Cost and credits

Hooshino uses your plan’s monthly AI credit allowance: 20,000 credits every month on both the monthly and annual plans. The allowance is shared between Hooshino and AI replies. To get a feel for its size: 20,000 credits is roughly 6,600 messages with “Balanced” or 20,000 with “Swift”, or a mix of these plus a few dozen images.

  • The monthly allowance is spent first, because it expires at the end of the month.
  • When the month’s allowance is gone, purchased credits are used. Purchased credits are bought from your Admino wallet balance and never expire.
  • Work that does not complete — when the service is busy, or an image could not be stored — uses no credits.
  • A workspace without a subscription has no allowance. If your subscription has ended, Hooshino sends you to the Admino panel to renew.

Example requests for a few kinds of business

A Persian AI helps a business most when the request is close to that business’s daily work. A few examples of requests that work well for common kinds of Instagram page:

Clothing and accessories shop

  • “Write a caption for this post that gives the fabric and a size guide in two short lines and ends by asking people to check their size in DMs.”
  • “Suggest three short lines for an end-of-season sale story, each under ten words.”
  • “Write a reply to this customer who asked why their order is late, apologising and giving an approximate shipping time.”

School, consultant or online course

  • “Write the text for a course introduction Reel whose first sentence says who this course is not for.”
  • “Turn this long course description into a hundred-word caption with three numbered points.”
  • “For the next-term enrolment project, give five post ideas that answer the questions we keep getting in DMs.”

Practice, clinic and services

  • “Write a caption for this post explaining how to book an appointment, without any treatment promises.”
  • “Rewrite this earlier text to be more formal and shorter.”
  • “When someone comments appointment under my posts, DM them the steps for booking.” (from the build-an-auto-reply tile)

Home cooking, café and pastry

  • “Write a caption for the weekend menu that states the last order time and delivery area clearly.”
  • “Make a warm, simple background image for a story about this product, leaving room for text.”
  • “Give ideas for three short behind-the-scenes kitchen Reels, none longer than ten seconds.”

In none of these do you need to say what you sell or what it costs; Hooshino knows that from your page and catalogue. What you need to say is this text’s goal: for whom, in which format, and what the reader should do next.

A quality checklist before publishing

Text written with AI, like text written by a new colleague, needs one read before it goes out. Ask these six questions of every caption:

  1. Are the price, dates, sizes and shipping terms exactly what is true today?
  2. Does the first sentence on its own give a reason to read on?
  3. Does the tone match the page’s earlier captions, or has it suddenly turned formal or sloganeering?
  4. Does the reader know what to do afterwards — DM, comment, bio link or save the post?
  5. Is there a promise in the text you cannot keep, such as “instant shipping” or “the best quality on the market”?
  6. Do the hashtags relate to this post’s subject, rather than just being popular?

If the answer to any of these is no, tell Hooshino exactly that: “make the first sentence more compelling” or “remove the instant-shipping promise”. A targeted correction is cheaper and better than rewriting the whole text.

What Hooshino does not do

So that your expectations are right, we say these plainly:

  • It does not publish posts or message customers by itself. Everything that goes out passes through your hands.
  • Any auto-reply it builds is switched off until you turn it on.
  • It does not read web pages; addresses you put in a project are only references.
  • It does not analyse your page statistics. Admino’s Page Intelligence is built for growth and blocker reports.
  • It is not always right. Read every important text yourself before publishing, especially prices, dates and terms.

A working day with Hooshino

For a clearer picture, imagine an ordinary day at a small clothing shop. In the morning the owner taps “content ideas”, gets three ideas for the week’s posts and picks the one that fits a newly arrived product. Then they tap “post caption”, pick yesterday’s post and add “this model is at this price only until Friday”. They correct the caption twice, turn it into a document, change one word themselves and send it to the publishing screen to be scheduled for eight in the evening.

At noon a customer complains in a DM about the stitching quality. This is not a message to hand to an automatic rule. They tap “customer reply”, pick that message and get a respectful draft, which after a small edit they send from their own inbox.

In the afternoon they notice ten people have commented “sizes?” under posts. With the “build an auto-reply” tile they write “when someone comments size under a post, DM them the size chart”. They review the draft rule, complete its message, create it, and then switch it on in the auto-replies list. All of this took under an hour and a few dozen credits.

Summing up

AI is genuinely useful to an Instagram business when it knows your shop, writes in your language and sends its result where it is needed. Hooshino is built for exactly that: captions, customer replies, product copy, ideas, images and auto-reply drafts, all grounded in your real page, and all with the final decision left to you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about this guide

Is Hooshino free?

Hooshino uses the 20,000-credit monthly AI allowance of Admino’s monthly and annual plans. Every new account gets 30 days free with every feature after verifying its phone number, and that includes this allowance. There is no permanent free version.

How is Hooshino different from a general chatbot?

Hooshino is connected to your Admino account and page, and already knows your bio, catalogue products with prices, recent captions and shop knowledge. On top of that, you send its results straight to Admino’s publishing screen or inbox, and you can turn a sentence into an auto-reply draft.

Does Hooshino publish posts or message customers by itself?

No. You take the caption to the publishing screen, and a customer reply appears as a draft in your inbox. Any auto-reply it builds is saved switched off until you turn it on.

Can I make images with Hooshino?

Yes, with the “Draw” model, at 25 credits per image. Images are kept in your workspace’s storage. If the image service is busy, no credits are charged.

Does Hooshino work on my phone?

Yes. It is available in the browser at hooshino.admino.click and inside the Admino app for Android and iOS, with the same account.

What happens when the monthly credits run out?

You can buy extra credits with your Admino wallet balance. Purchased credits never expire and are only used once the monthly allowance is gone.

Are my Hooshino conversations public?

No. Conversations are private unless you share one with a link yourself. The link only shows up to the message you chose, is kept out of search engines, and can be revoked at any time.
