Voice to Text in Persian With AI: Dictation and Video Transcripts

A search for Persian voice to text usually comes from one of two needs: you want to speak instead of type and have the text written, or you have a video or an audio file and want its words. Admino is not a general audio-file converter, and it is better to say that at the start; but it has two routes that work well for an Instagram page owner.

Route one: dictation with the web Hooshino microphone

Hooshino is Admino’s Persian AI workspace. The microphone button in the compose box of the web version of Hooshino (hooshino.admino.click) turns your speech into editable text with the “Shenava” model, and each minute of audio takes 5 AI credits from your subscription. You can then edit that text or send it straight to Hooshino to write a caption, a product description or a customer reply.

This button is currently only in the web version of Hooshino and is not yet in the Admino mobile app; to dictate, sign in to Hooshino from your phone’s browser or a computer. This is good for when you are on the road and want to say the idea for a caption or a long reply to a customer quickly. Read the text after conversion; as with any speech recognition, proper names and terms may need correcting.

Route two: the words of a video in Zirnevisino

If you have a video and want the text of what is said, Zirnevisino turns it into timed text: each word with its start and end time. You edit the text line by line, fix repeated mistakes with search and replace, and get the result as an SRT or ASS file. If you only want the text, the SRT file holds the whole video’s text.

• Only the audio of the video is sent for speech recognition; the video itself stays on your phone.
• Persian and about 60 other languages, with automatic language detection.
• The half-space and Persian forms of “ye” and “kaf” are corrected, and, if you want, punctuation and conversion from spoken to written style.
• Write brand names and special words once in “brand words” so they always come out right.
• Up to 10 minutes per video; each video is rounded up to the next minute and counts as at least one minute.
• The Monthly plan’s allowance is 60 minutes a month. If creation fails, no minute is deducted.

What Admino does not do

Being clear about the limits saves you time. Admino is not built to convert an arbitrary audio file, such as a Telegram or Bale voice message; its inputs are the Hooshino microphone and Zirnevisino’s video. Videos longer than 10 minutes also have to be trimmed before subtitling. If your job is turning long interviews into text, this tool is not built for that.

Frequently asked questions about voice to text

Does Admino convert voice to Persian text?

Yes, in two ways: dictation with the microphone in the web version of Hooshino (5 AI credits per minute; not yet in the mobile app) and timed video text in Zirnevisino. It does not accept arbitrary audio files.

How long does converting a video to text take?

It depends on the length of the video and how busy the service is. The maximum length of one video is 10 minutes.

Can I get just the text without subtitles?

Yes. You see and edit the timed text line by line in the editor, and the SRT file contains the whole video’s text.

Is voice to text free?

Each phone number gets 30 days of every feature free, including 60 subtitle minutes and an AI credit allowance. There is no permanent free plan; afterwards the Monthly plan is 963,000 toman and the annual plan 7,963,000 toman.

Is my video uploaded?

No. Only the video’s audio is sent for speech recognition and the video stays on your phone.
