What Is Pasokhino? Every Rule Option in Admino
Pasokhino is the name of the auto-reply section in Admino: when someone comments under your post or writes to you in direct messages, it answers using a rule you wrote yourself. If you heard the name and want to know exactly what it does, this page lists every option in one place.
Every rule has three parts, and the rule wizard asks for them in the same order: what starts the reply, what is sent, and who receives it. The rest of this article opens those three questions one by one.
What Pasokhino actually does
Pasokhino connects to your page through Instagram’s own official login, so it never asks for your password and does not behave like an unofficial bot. Each message or comment that reaches the page is compared with the rules you created, and when one matches, the reply you wrote for that rule is sent.

- In direct messages: when someone writes the word or phrase your rule is waiting for.
- Under a post or reel: when someone comments, you can reply publicly under the comment, send a direct message, or both.
- On every post, or only on the posts you pick.
- At any hour, with nobody holding the phone.
The difference from AI tools is that Pasokhino invents nothing. The answer is the text you wrote, only sent automatically. That is exactly what you need for a price, an address, opening hours or a sign-up link: the reply is always one you approved.
Step one: what starts the reply?
Every rule has a trigger. It can be a keyword in a direct message, a keyword in a comment, or both. You choose whether the rule works on messages, comments or both, and for comments whether it covers all posts or only selected ones.

Anywhere in the message, or exactly this word
Each keyword has two matching modes. “Anywhere in the message” fires when the word appears anywhere in the text. “Exactly this word” requires the whole message to be that word, not a sentence that happens to contain it.
They suit different jobs. A word like “price” works best as “anywhere”, because customers write “hi, how much is it”. A code like “900” or “list”, meant to be answered only when sent alone, is safer as “exactly this word” and will not fire by accident in ordinary conversation.
Several keywords, one rule
One reply can have several keywords: “price”, “cost”, “how much”. If a message contains any of them, the rule fires. You do not need a separate rule for every spelling.

A very common word is the usual problem
The most frequent complaint about auto-replies is that “it answers everything”. Almost always the cause is the rule, not a fault: a word that appears in everyday conversation was chosen. Pasokhino warns you while you build the rule when a word looks too broad, but it does not stop you, because replying to anyone who says a particular word is sometimes exactly what you want. Take the warning seriously, and when in doubt choose “exactly this word”.
Step two: what is sent?
The reply of every rule is built from ready-made messages that you write once and reuse in any rule. A message can be plain text, text with buttons, an image, a video, audio or a product card. If you later edit a message in the content library, it changes in every rule that uses it.

Reply in the DM, under the comment, or both
For rules that work on comments you choose the reply channel: direct message only, a public reply under the comment only, or both. You can write the public reply as several short texts so that one is picked for each comment and the post does not fill with an identical sentence. “Both” is usually best for sales: everyone sees that the comment was answered, and the details go to the DM.
A real limit: one private reply per comment
Instagram allows only one private reply per comment. If your answer is made of several messages, only the first part reaches the person who commented, and the rest is held until that person replies to it; then the remainder is sent. For comments it is therefore best to make the first message short and complete, with the link or the main information inside it.
Liking the direct message
You can have a heart placed on the customer’s message before the reply. It is a small signal that tells them their message was seen. Instagram accepts only the heart reaction, so there is no other option, and it does not use up any of your message allowance.
Step three: who receives it?
Not every reply should go to everyone. The audience step has three modes.

- Everyone: whoever triggers the rule gets the reply.
- Followers only: someone who does not follow the page yet receives a message with an “I followed” button instead of the real content. After following and tapping the button, the real content is sent. For things like a discount code or a free file, this is the “follow first” mechanism.
- Only people who do not follow: the message is for non-followers, for example “follow us if you like”, and is not sent to someone who already follows. Because Instagram reveals follow status only for people who have already messaged you, this mode also switches on “once per person” automatically, so nobody receives the same message again and again.
Only once per person
By default a rule answers every time its word is repeated, which is right for “price”. For a welcome or a one-time offer, repetition is irritating. “Once per person” lets each rule answer each person at most once. If the conversation really needs something again, the buttons you already sent keep working.
Active hours
For each rule you can set a window of the day, for example only while the shop is closed, or only in office hours. The window may run past midnight and is judged in your own time zone.
Automatic follow-up for someone who did not reply
After the reply you can set a second message that is sent later if the customer stays silent, such as “still have a question about your order?”. It is bound by Instagram’s rules: it is sent only behind a direct-message reply (not behind a comment-only reply), at most 23 hours after the customer’s last message, and it is cancelled if the customer writes again or you answer by hand in the meantime. In other words it never interrupts a live conversation.
When no rule matches
Pasokhino only answers what you wrote a rule for. For messages that match no keyword you have two options. The first is the welcome message, which answers each new person’s first message; Admino sends it at the “first message” because Instagram gives no notice when someone follows. The second is the AI reply, which answers rule-less questions from your shop knowledge and works only when no rule applies. Each has its own article and page.
What a good rule looks like
For example, a shop that wants “order” comments under a new product post builds one rule like this: trigger on comments, the word “order” as “exactly this word”, reply channel “both” with three short public texts, and a direct message holding the price, availability and an order button. Audience “everyone”, with “once per person” so that someone who comments several times does not receive duplicates.
- Test a rule with a comment from another account; the page’s own comments get no reply.
- Keep the keyword short and exact, and choose “exactly this word” when unsure.
- Make the first message complete; on comments it is the only one guaranteed to arrive.
- Use “followers only” for content that is meant for followers.

Why does Pasokhino not answer my message or comment?
