What Is Admino? Every Feature, and How to Get Started
Admino is an Instagram management and automation platform for businesses whose sales and customer contact happen mostly on Instagram. Its main job is to take the repetitive part of running a page off your hands: answering repeat questions in DMs and comments, collecting customer numbers and details, taking orders and payments, publishing posts on time, and telling you what is holding the page back. All of it runs through Meta's official route, without handing your Instagram password to anyone.
This article is for someone who has heard the name and wants to see the whole product in one place before signing up. Each section says exactly what a feature does, where it helps and what its limits are, and ends with a link to the page that covers it in depth. We also write plainly about what Admino does not do, because the right expectations on day one are worth more than any advertising.
Admino in one sentence: an assistant that answers your page's DMs and comments around the clock, collects leads and orders, and publishes your content on time, through Instagram's official route and without your password.
Admino at a glance
Admino is built from several parts, each solving one specific problem. You can use just one or all of them together; they share one account and one subscription and cost nothing extra:
- Pasokhino: rule-based automatic replies to DMs and comments, with keywords, follow conditions, a welcome message and automatic follow-ups.
- AI replies: answering messages no rule covers, from the knowledge you have given it about your shop.
- Saved replies and the showcase builder: a library of replies, from plain text to swipeable product cards inside the DM.
- The in-DM form builder and lead capture: collecting name, number and details one question at a time, with phone numbers and emails gathered automatically.
- Foroushino: products, an order button in the DM, a payment page, pay on delivery and deposits, and order management.
- Publishing and scheduling: posts, carousels, Reels and Stories, one-off or recurring.
- Inbox: seeing and answering conversations from inside Admino.
- Persistent menu and suggested questions: what people see in the DM before they type.
- Page analysis: a report on what is holding growth back and the next step.
- Hooshino: an AI workspace for writing captions, making images and designing automations.
- Zirnevisino and Fontino: automatic video subtitles and beautiful story text, in the mobile app.
- The mobile app, teamwork, notifications, the partner programme and support.
An official, secure connection to Instagram
Everything in Admino rests on the official connection. When you connect a page you go to Instagram's own login page, sign in there, and Instagram asks whether you allow Admino access to messages, comments, content publishing and page insights. Your password never enters Admino. This is the route Meta built for business tools and knows about, unlike bots that log into your account with your password and look like fraudulent software from Instagram's side.
Instagram sets two conditions. First, the page must be professional, Business or Creator; switching a personal page to professional in Instagram's settings is free and takes seconds. Second, inside Instagram, under Settings and activity, Messages and story replies, Message requests and Connected tools, Allow access to messages must be on. No tool can see that setting from outside, and it is the most common reason auto-replies do not work.
One more thing that builds trust: disconnecting in Admino is reversible. If you disconnect a page, its rules, messages and forms are not deleted, and reconnecting the same page brings everything back. And if Instagram invalidates a page's connection, for example because you changed the page password, Admino tells you in the panel and by notification that the page needs reconnecting, instead of silently stopping.
Pasokhino: automatic DM and comment replies
Pasokhino is the heart of Admino and its most used part. You build rules, and a rule says: if a message like this arrives, send this answer. Each rule has three parts: when to answer, what to answer, and to whom. Because you wrote the answer, exactly that is sent; for prices, delivery terms and anything that must be precise, that predictability is the main advantage.
Keywords, conditions and time
A rule can hold many keywords. For each you say whether appearing anywhere in the message is enough or the message must be exactly that word; the second suits a product code or a number you gave in a caption. You can define exclusion words so messages containing a certain term are kept out of the rule, make a rule active only during set hours, and combine several conditions for more complex cases. The rule builder warns you when a keyword is very short or very common, because such a word answers almost every message.
Comments: private reply, public reply or both
A rule can run on the comments of one post or all posts. When someone comments the word, you have three choices: a private reply in the DM only, a public reply under the comment only, or both. For the public reply you can write several texts so a different one is posted each time and the post does not look repetitive. Instagram allows only one private message per comment; if your answer is several messages, Admino sends the first and continues with the rest once the person replies to it, instead of messages getting lost on the way.
Audience: everyone, followers only, or only non-followers
You choose the audience for each rule. With "followers only", someone who does not follow the page first gets an invitation to follow with an "I have followed" button, and after following and tapping it they receive the main answer. That suits special content, a free file or a discount code. The third option, "only people who do not follow", holds the message back from followers that can be confirmed and sends it to everyone else at most once; for example, a thank-you message suggesting a follow that should not reach existing followers.
Once per person
Some answers should go out every time, like the answer to "price". Others only make sense once, like a special offer. With "once per person", a rule answers each person only once, even if they write the same word several times. If the person taps a button you sent them, they still get an answer, because that is an explicit request.
Welcome message
The welcome message answers someone writing to the page for the first time, and does not welcome regular customers again. To be clear: Instagram does not tell any tool that someone followed a page, and does not let a business start a conversation itself. So Admino's welcome answers a person's first message, not the moment they follow, which is the closest Instagram allows.
Automatic follow-ups and message likes
An automatic follow-up is a second message sent a while after a rule's reply if the customer has not written back; an order reminder or a short question, for example. Because Instagram only allows automated messages up to 24 hours after the customer's last message, a follow-up can only sit behind a DM reply and is sent at most 23 hours later. If the customer writes again in that time, or a colleague answers them by hand, the follow-up is cancelled so a reminder never lands in the middle of a live conversation. There is one more small option: liking the message a rule answers, with the same heart Instagram shows under a message.
Saved replies and the showcase builder
Every answer Pasokhino sends comes from the saved reply library. A saved reply can be plain text, an image, a video or a voice message, text with several buttons, or a product card with an image, title, description and button. Several cards in a row are sent as one swipeable showcase inside the DM, up to ten cards in one message. A set of photos is also sent in groups of ten instead of ten separate messages. You build each saved reply once and reuse it in any number of rules, menus or manual answers.
For shops, the showcase builder is the most important part of the library. Instead of asking "price?" and receiving a wall of text or a screenshot, the customer sees a few product cards with prices and buttons and reaches an order or details with one tap. You also choose how a card picture is shown: cropped square, fitted whole inside the card, or sent separately at full quality so the customer can zoom in. The showcase builder is not an online shop or a payment page; it shows products inside the DM itself, and Foroushino works beside it to take orders and payments.
AI replies and shop knowledge
Rules only answer the questions you anticipated. AI replies are for everything else: whenever no rule sends an answer, the model answers from what you wrote about your shop. The feature is off by default and you switch it on separately for DMs and for comments. It never replaces your rules; every rule, welcome message or form you built runs first.
Answer quality depends on the knowledge you give it. For each page you write an "about the shop" and a product and price list, and build shop knowledge from structured cards: a product card with name, code and price, a service card with price and duration, a how-to card with steps, a policy card, and a plain question and answer. If you have no time to write, the page analysis for AI reads your own captions, comments and earlier replies and builds knowledge cards from them; it only takes numbers and prices the shop itself wrote, never something a customer said.
A few things make this dependable on a real page. When a customer replies to a story or a post, the model reads that story or post too; so if someone wrote only "11" under a story, it understands which product they mean. If it does not know the answer, it does not invent one: it either stays silent or sends a short line saying a colleague will reply soon, whichever you choose. You set the tone, sentences it must always or never say, and working hours, and before switching it on you can ask it questions in a test box. You correct any answer you dislike, and questions it could not answer are shown to you so you can teach it. Each AI reply uses 3 credits from the monthly allowance.
The in-DM form builder and lead capture
For many businesses the real value of a conversation is the customer's phone number. The in-DM form builder is a conversational form: the customer sends a start word in the DM or comments under a post, and Admino asks the questions one by one in the DM. Questions can be text, number, phone number, email or yes and no, and for a multiple-choice question the options arrive as buttons the customer taps. Numbers are stored tidily and consistently, and an answer that does not fit the question type is asked again.
The customer can leave the form by writing a word like "cancel" or skip an optional question, and partial answers are kept too. All responses gather in one list you can search, star and export to Excel. Separate from forms there is the leads section: every mobile number or email customers write in DMs or comments is recorded automatically with their username, and you can download the list.
Foroushino: selling straight from DMs and comments
Foroushino turns an Instagram conversation into a paid order. You create a product in the catalogue, with price, picture, stock and variants such as colour and size. A product can be physical, a digital file, or a service or appointment. Then you add an order button to a reply; when the customer taps it the order is placed, stock is held for them and a link to the payment page is sent to their DM there and then. A multi-step guide also builds this whole path, from product to rule to how you get paid, on one page, even from the caption of one of your own posts.
You have several ways to get paid: card-to-card transfer with a photo of the receipt, your own payment gateway, pay on delivery, and a deposit where part is paid now and the rest on delivery. Shipping methods with their own prices, free shipping above an amount, shop discount codes and the e-Namad trust seal are shown on the payment page too. You also get a shop link to put in your bio. Orders appear on a board by stage; you can move several orders at once, print postal labels, see the customer list and the month's sales summary, and export to Excel. Admino takes no commission on your sales; the money goes straight to your own card or gateway.
Publishing and post scheduling
From Admino you can publish posts, carousels, Reels and Stories, or schedule them for a set time, without needing your phone at that moment. Scheduling works with the Persian calendar and Tehran time. For repeating content, such as a weekly product post or a story every morning, you build a recurring schedule that prepares each next instance by itself. Files already in your Admino storage can be published again without uploading them again.
For large videos on an unstable connection, uploads go in pieces, and if the connection drops they continue from where they stopped rather than starting over. Before publishing, Admino checks size, aspect ratio and video length against Instagram's rules, so a post due at three in the morning does not fail silently. And if a publish does not go through, you see why and can try again.
Inbox
Admino's inbox shows the page's DM conversations and lets you answer from there with text, images, video or voice messages. When a voice message is in a format Instagram does not accept, Admino converts it to one it does. The inbox is for when an automatic reply has not finished the job and a person needs to continue; a customer with an unusual question, for example. Because your colleagues use the same inbox, there is no need to share the Instagram password among several people.
Persistent menu and suggested questions
Instagram has two empty spaces in the DM that most pages never fill. Suggested questions, up to four, appear at the bottom of a new conversation before anyone types and are sent with one tap; things like "Product prices?" or "Opening hours?". The persistent menu, up to five buttons, is always available in the DM. In Admino each of those buttons can be linked to a saved reply, so whoever taps it receives the complete answer immediately.
Page analysis: what is holding growth back?
Page analysis reads your page's real data from Instagram, such as reach, engagement, shares, saves and followers, and builds a report: a score for each area compared with the page's own past performance, growth blockers with a stated certainty, and findings that each come with a concrete next step. One distinctive finding is what your page's own captions have done to its reach; for example, whether posts with a price in the caption reached more people. That finding is only stated when it is statistically meaningful, not from a few chance posts.
Each analysis is compared with the previous one, so you see which problem was solved and which is new. The Monthly plan includes 4 full analyses a month, and a free summary of the page's main numbers is always on the dashboard. From an analysis result you can make a short story video and publish it with one tap.
Hooshino: an AI workspace
Hooshino is Admino's AI assistant, at its own address, hooshino.admino.click, with the same account. Unlike a general chatbot, it knows your shop: your page's bio, products, prices and earlier captions, so when you ask for a caption for a product it writes in your own voice rather than in clichés. It keeps results as editable documents, and any earlier version can be restored.
Hooshino also makes images, and you can create projects with a standing brief so every conversation in a project carries the same context. One thing no general chatbot does: it turns a rule you describe in plain words into a real Admino auto-reply. That rule is created switched off, so you see it and switch it on yourself before it answers any customer. A caption written in Hooshino goes to publishing with one tap, and an answer prepared for a customer lands in that conversation in the inbox; sending is always up to you. Hooshino uses the same monthly AI credits.
Zirnevisino: automatic subtitles for video and Reels
Zirnevisino, in the Admino app, makes automatic subtitles for video and Reels, Persian first and English close behind. The video stays on your phone and only the audio is sent for transcription, which is both faster and uses less data. Persian text is corrected for spelling and the zero-width non-joiner after transcription, and you can give it your brand's own words so they come out right. You can switch punctuation on or off, make the text more formal, and translate the subtitles.
After it is built you choose the text style, colour, size, position and word highlighting, split or merge lines, fix a name across the whole video with find and replace, and save your brand template for next time. You export for different aspect ratios and the final video is made on the phone itself. From the same place you get a ready caption with hashtags suited to your page and send the video straight to publishing. The Monthly plan includes 60 subtitle minutes a month, and more minutes can be bought.
Fontino: beautiful story text
Fontino is also in the app and is built for making story text with Persian fonts and ready styles. You write the text and choose from fonts, colours, gradients, outlines, shadows and glow, colour particular words, add stickers and icons, and animate the text so it saves as a video. There are ready templates for a new product, a giveaway, a quote and a tip, and you can add your own font too.
You save the result as a full story image, or copy just the text as a sticker with no background and paste it into an Instagram story. Every design is saved automatically so you can continue later. If you have no idea what to write, Fontino can rewrite your text or suggest ideas with AI, in a punchier, formal, luxury or poetic tone.
The Admino mobile app
The Admino app works with the same account as the website and costs nothing extra. From your phone you connect pages, build rules, answer DMs and comments, schedule posts, and get notified immediately of an order or a page connection dropping. Zirnevisino and Fontino are only in the app. The Android version installs from Cafe Bazaar, Myket or a direct download, and the ways to use it on iPhone and the web version are explained on the download page. Because everything lives on the server, deleting and reinstalling the app loses nothing.
Teamwork, dashboard and notifications
Each account has a workspace you can invite colleagues into by their phone numbers. Colleagues get access to the pages, the inbox and the rules without having the Instagram password. The dashboard summarises the work: how many replies were sent, which page is working, and if something has stopped, exactly what and how to fix it. The dashboard is built so that when something is broken it does not say everything is active.
Notifications in the panel and on your phone bring the important news: a new order, a receipt waiting for approval, stock running low, a page whose connection dropped, or the last days of a subscription. Urgent news is always sent, and less important news does not disturb you at night. If a page connection drops you also get an SMS beside the notification, because that is exactly the problem you would otherwise only learn about from your customers.
Partner and referral programmes
Every Admino account has a referral code and invite link. When someone signs up with your code and buys a subscription by card, commission arrives in your wallet and you can withdraw it to your own bank account. For agencies, admins and people who bring Admino many customers there is also a separate partner programme: after applying and being approved you get a partner panel at partners.admino.click where you create your code, links and campaigns, see the customers you brought, and earn a share of their first purchase and every renewal after it, for as long as the partnership is active.
Support and guides
You can talk to support from inside the panel or the app. Each conversation has a reference number, and if it needs more investigation the same conversation continues, so you never have to explain the problem from the start. The support assistant answers most questions immediately from Admino's help articles, and when it cannot, or when you ask to talk to a person, the conversation is handed to one. There is a help centre and short video guides for every section, and the guide button on each panel page opens that page's video.
Admino pricing and the 30-day free trial
Admino has no permanent free version. Every new account gets 30 days of every feature free once its phone number is verified, once per phone number, with no bank card. The trial is exactly the Monthly plan with all its limits. After that you choose one of two plans:
- Monthly plan: 963,000 toman for 30 days, with a list price of 2,000,000 toman shown struck through beside the real price.
- Annual plan: 7,963,000 toman for 365 days, with a list price of 24,000,000 toman; the same features as the Monthly plan with each month costing less.
- Both plans: up to 2 connected pages, automatic replies with no monthly cap, 20,000 AI credits and 4 page analyses a month.
- The discount code ADMINO100 makes the first month of the Monthly plan free, once per workspace.
- Payment by ZarinPal, Zibal or wallet; subscriptions never renew automatically, and you can renew early from 15 days before a period ends.
If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted; only automatic running stops, and when you buy again automation switches back on by itself. Each plan's exact limits, such as storage and subtitle minutes, and the current price are always on the pricing page.
How Admino's parts work together
Admino's real value shows when you see the parts together rather than apart. Picture a promotional post scheduled to go out on Friday morning. You wrote its caption in Hooshino in the page's own voice and subtitled its video in Zirnevisino. Under the post you wrote "comment price for the price". Each comment runs a Pasokhino rule: a short public reply goes under the comment, and a showcase of product cards with a Foroushino order button arrives in the DM. Whoever taps the button gets a payment link; whoever asks something you have no rule for gets an AI reply; and any phone number written in the conversation lands in the leads list.
At the end of the week the order board shows how many orders came from that post, the dashboard says how many replies were sent, and next month's page analysis says how much further this kind of post reached than earlier ones. None of these steps needed you to be at your phone at that moment. That is what Admino is built for: not replacing people, but taking the repetitive work off them so their time goes to the conversations that really need a person.
Admino for different businesses
Each kind of business gets the most from different parts. This list helps you know where to start:
Instagram shops
The commonest questions are price, stock, size and delivery cost. A price rule with a showcase of product cards, a comment rule on new posts, and Foroushino for taking orders and payment free the most time. Write the product code in the caption and build the rule on that code with the "exactly this word" option, or let AI replies quote that code's price from the product cards in your shop knowledge.
Clinics, salons and services
Here the real value is appointments and phone numbers. An in-DM form asks for name, number and the service wanted, an out-of-hours rule answers whoever writes at midnight, and in Foroushino you can define a service or appointment with its duration and price and even take a deposit.
Coaches, consultants and course organisers
To promote a course or webinar, comments on the announcement post with details sent to the DM work best. A followers-only reply turns a free file or session into a way of gaining followers, and an automatic follow-up sends a short reminder to someone who got the sign-up link but did not reply. If your product is a digital file, Foroushino delivers it automatically after payment.
Content creators
Questions like "what is the link?" and "which font?" repeat under every Reel. A comment rule answers them, Zirnevisino makes Persian subtitles for each video, Fontino prepares story text, and page analysis says which kind of content has worked best for your audience.
Agencies and teams
Inviting colleagues by phone number, a shared inbox without passing the password around, and notifications that report a dropped page connection immediately make teamwork simple. If you set Admino up for your own clients, the partner programme also pays a share of their purchases and renewals.
Running a page without Admino, and with it
For a clearer picture, compare an ordinary day at a shop page in both cases. Without a tool, the owner or admin reads dozens of overnight messages in the morning, most of them one question: price. They answer each separately, write numbers by hand into a notebook or spreadsheet, send the card number again for every order and hunt for receipts in the phone gallery. Messages that arrived at two in the morning sit unanswered until noon, and some of those customers have bought from another page.
With Admino, those overnight messages were answered on the spot: the price question with a product card, the delivery question with the terms, and scattered questions with an AI reply. Numbers sit in the leads list and form responses, orders appear on the order board by stage, and card-transfer receipts wait in one queue for approval. In the morning the owner only goes to the conversations that really need a person: an unhappy customer, a special order, or a question they have not yet taught Admino. Those unanswered questions are shown to them too, so they answer once and next time it is answered automatically.
This comparison does not mean Admino replaces people. It means people spend their time on what only a person can do, while the repetitive work gets done around the clock, without tiring.
A few things worth knowing from day one
- Instagram only allows automated messages up to 24 hours after the customer's last message; that is Instagram's rule and every official tool follows it.
- Only one private message can be sent per comment; if your answer is several messages, the rest go out when the person replies.
- Admino never starts conversations itself or sends mass messages; every answer is to a message the customer sent.
- Instagram folds messages longer than about 250 characters in the chat; write the most important sentence first.
- If you change the page password, Instagram may invalidate the connection; Admino tells you, and reconnecting once brings everything back.
Who Admino suits, and who it does not
Admino helps any page that gets repeat questions: Instagram shops constantly asked about price and stock, clinics and salons that need appointments and phone numbers, coaches, consultants and course organisers, content creators asked for the link and the font under every Reel, and agencies running several pages with a team. The more messages there are, the more noticeable the time freed.
And plainly, Admino is not for these: mass-messaging people who have not written to the page, because Instagram does not allow it and a tool that does it puts your page at risk; buying followers or likes; and running a personal account, because Instagram only allows official connections for professional accounts. If what you are after is on this list, better to know now.
Where to start
- Sign up with your phone number; the 30-day trial switches itself on.
- Switch the page to a professional account and connect it through Instagram's official route, with every permission on.
- Switch on Allow access to messages under Instagram's Connected tools.
- Build one Pasokhino rule for the page's most repeated question and test it from another account.
- Add a welcome message and, if needed, a comment rule on your most popular post.
- Then move on to forms, Foroushino, AI replies and page analysis, in whatever order your business needs.

Frequently asked questions about Admino
What is Admino?
Admino is an Instagram management and automation platform that answers a page's DMs and comments automatically, collects leads and orders, schedules posts and analyses the page, all through Meta's official route and without your Instagram password.
Is Admino free?
Admino has no permanent free version, but every new account gets 30 days of every feature free, once per phone number and with no bank card. After that you choose a monthly or annual plan.
Does Admino ask for my Instagram password?
No. The connection is made on Instagram's own login page and the password never enters Admino. You can revoke access from Instagram's settings whenever you like.
Can using Admino get my page banned?
Admino uses Meta's official interface and only answers conversations the other person started. The ban risk belongs to bots that log in with a password and send mass messages, which Admino does not do.
How many pages can I connect?
Up to 2 pages on the monthly and annual plans. Each page has its own rules, messages and settings.
How is Pasokhino different from AI replies?
Pasokhino sends exactly the text you wrote and answers keywords. AI replies are optional and only answer when no rule sends anything, from the knowledge you have given it about your shop.
Does Admino have a mobile app?
Yes. The Android app installs from Cafe Bazaar, Myket or a direct download, and the ways to use it on iPhone are on the download page. The app uses the same account and costs nothing extra.
Does Admino take a commission on my sales?
No. With Foroushino the money goes straight to your own card or gateway and Admino takes no share of the sale. Your only cost is the Admino subscription.
What happens when a subscription ends?
Automatic running stops but no data is deleted. Pages stay connected, and when you buy again automation switches back on by itself. Subscriptions never renew or charge your account automatically.
What hours does Admino answer?
Around the clock, seven days a week, without the panel or the app being open. If you want a rule to work only at certain hours, for example outside working hours, you set the time window on that rule; AI replies can also be set to answer only outside your working hours.
Do I need technical knowledge to set Admino up?
No. Every step, from connecting a page to building rules, forms and products, is a few simple choices in the panel or the app, and each page has a short video guide. The first automatic reply is usually live in under fifteen minutes.
Does Admino answer story replies too?
A customer's reply to your story arrives in the DM and is answered like any other message. AI replies also read that story to understand which product the customer asked about.
Does Admino suit an English-language page?
Yes. The panel and the app are in Persian and English, you write rules and messages in any language, and Zirnevisino supports English after Persian.
How is Admino different from other smart DM tools?
The differences are in the details: an official, password-free connection, automatic replies with no monthly message cap, selling and taking payment inside the DM itself, AI that answers from your shop's own knowledge, and content tools like subtitles and story text in one subscription. The site's comparison pages set these beside other tools.
In short: Admino is a set of tools, each automating one repetitive part of running an Instagram page, from answering and collecting numbers to selling, publishing, analysis and making content. You do not need all of them on day one; start with your page's most repeated question, see the result in the 30 free days, and add each part when you need it.
Smart DMs & Auto-Replies
Pasokhino answers Instagram DMs and comments automatically, with keywords, a welcome message, automatic follow-ups and follow-gating.
